The service has always been wonderful and consistent. The manager stops by the table a QUICK check in. That small touch means so much!! Yesterday I had the lemon cake for dessert friend's had the gluten free chocolate cake. We were all in HEAVEN!! I ordered the Snake River Farms Wagyu medium-rare, and it was cooked absolutely perfectly with an incredible sear, and rich flavor. We reserved a room with one of the party packages, which included a ranch hand, pizza, ice cream, drinks, gift bags and arcade cards for each kid, and very accommodating staff. “We took our family to Wiseguys last night at 7:30. There were 14 of us and they close at 8:00. I didnt think we would be able to be seated but they were so nice and told us to come on in. Im sure they were counting on closing on time but we never got any indication that they were upset with us. The service was spectacular and the food equally as good. Just want to give everyone who took care of us a huge thank you for such great service and making our night so fun and enjoyable. We promise to come earlier next time! “I just had the most incredible chicken dinner, and I’m still thinking about it! You can really tell they use fresh oil because the breading was perfectly crisp and clean-tasting. The chicken itself was seasoned so well—every single bite was truly flavorful. One of the best parts was that it came out fresh from the fryer, so it was still steaming hot when it hit the table. Beyond the food, the hospitality is top-notch. The owner and his wife are wonderful; they personally make sure you’re happy and have everything you need. “Yesterday, our family came for a celebration of life at Stone Toad honoring my father in law. Naturally, this is a service no one anticipates needing, so I wasn’t sure how to handle the process or if anywhere local would be able to accommodate us on such a short notice. The events coordinator, Stacy, not only got back to me the same day I called; but helped us to navigate what would have otherwise been a stressful event. It was clear she has done this before, and offered her expertise and guidance from having handled this situation prior. She was quick to respond to emails and calls, and was transparent with pricing and Stone Toad’s policies. Not only was Stacy available for questions, but she was present the day of and oversaw the event personally, helping to bring food out to the serving station and collected plates and glasses while checking on guests. She also provided us with a Bluetooth speaker so we could play separate music from what was being played in the main bar area. The food was fresh and delicious.

Stone Toad was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The food and drink pricing were reasonable, and service was fast. This was the least stressful event I have ever been a part of, and that is due greatly to the staff at Stone Toad. Would highly recommend them for future events to anyone looking for an event venue!“

“Victorias is by far our favorite Italian restaurant. We have been going there for 26 years. Birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings. We have not had a meal that was not delightful, and the service is always top notch. If you have not visited, you should put it on your list. If you have been there you know what I’m talking about. “Just want to commend the staff at Game Day Sports Bar. I attended the last two Packer-Bear games at Game Day, and had the best time! The bartenders (Jeremy and Jen) did an amazing job servicing everyone. They were so busy, yet waited on everyone so quickly and were so friendly and fun to be around! Lauren was the best server and made sure we didn’t have to wait for drinks. Keon was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. I always love going to Game Day for Packer games because their staff truly knows the importance of customer service! I absolutely recommend going to Game Day if you want to have a great experience!“

“DO NOT order here if you actually want food. We picked up our burger order today - spent over $70 and half our food was missing. We had our kids meal and four burgers in the familt bundle, but none of the toppings we paid...just patties and buns. missing the bacon, fried onions, tomatoes, lettuce, pivkles, everything. Then, maybe even worse, no fries!!! My husband calls immediately upon returning home and they tell him they can refund us $4 for the bacon I guess. Then he says he has to call us back later to take care of the refund. Of course, no call back. Now our burgers are ice cold and I'm forced to make food anyway. it was ridiculous. We had better get a refund or I will make sure more people hear about this experience. I mean, not even an apology for the mistake and inconvenience....“
