KFC offers good service and friendly staff, especially during rush hours. The 52nd St location in Kenosha has a server who goes above and beyond for customers. The OG decor adds to the enjoyable dining experience. While some may miss having iced tea or root beer, the Pepsi products make up for it. Employees work hard to ensure orders are fulfilled, even allowing last-minute changes. Although prices for extra BBQ sauces are high and some orders may have incorrect quantities, the drive-through is always pleasant, and online ordering is easy. They also give out points to earn free food, making the system very generous. Overall, KFC provides quick service, good food, and a clean environment for customers to enjoy.
