“Great food as always, Rocky Rococo is always so consistent. No matter where you go, no matter what time of day, the food is always good. And this particular location, their vestibule smells like heaven like I walk in there and I don't know what they have going on for scent, but it makes you want a hot tub like it's so amazing. And the staff here, their customer service was great. Again, of course, the kids today are doing such a good job at being human beings. So polite so on top of their game. Their customer service is on point. I highly recommend this location.“

“My wife and I stopped by last Friday (9/12/2025). Our first choice (suggested by our host) was the Red Pines Bar and Grill, but after being notified that it would be a 45-minute wait, we decided to go to Angelinis. We are so glad we did! Our first time in a real Italian restaurant. The waiter, after giving me a quick lesson in the correct pronunciation of "bruschetta," was very amiable and professional. A wonderful young man! The food was fantastic. The service was excellent, but the lighting was a little lacking. Some people were using their phone's flashlight to read the menu. Added Angelinis to our "Must Return If In The Area" list! Well done!“

“The large bald of man,fun to talk. He took my order. I got Italian beef combo which was Italian beef sandwich dipped with green peppers gardeners and Italian sausage on the same sandwich. I give that sandwich a 5 out of 5. I'm sure the beef is 5 and 5. I would say it's authentic Chicago Italian beef. 4 out of 5 for the gyro one had more sauce than the other I like mine saucy and it was very good. 4 out for 5 for the Chicago dog I ordered two of them and I prefer mine with a poppy seed bun. 2 out 5 for the Maxwell Street Polish sausage. I swear they cheated and deep fried a hot dog and put fried onions and mustard on it. Which is unfortunate because the Maxwell Street Polish sausage is a fave of mine.“

“I have been an Olive Garden customer for over 20 years. Today I was quite disappointed with the kitchen filling my order accurately. The order was Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo & salad with NO onions. Apparently the kitchen staff saw the order and mistook NO Onions for Extra Onions. My wife CANNOT handle onions. Please find attached image of the order and the results. Thank you for understanding Jerry Rood“

“After driving 2 hours to go to a Fozoli's. According to Google they say its open. As I arrived very hungry I discovered it was closed permanently. I had Doom in my eyes and thought this is the day the world ends. But then I saw a Rocky Rococo and the clouds of heaven open up and the sun rays shined upon my GPS and led me to greatness. Rocky Rococo is a savior.“

“Sagra is an Italian Eatery above Piggy’s on Front Street in La Crosse. It was recommended to us by several residents. It did not disappoint. We started with an Arancini appetizer. We have had arancini before, but NEVER like this. It’s the best we have ever had. Instead of being rice heavy, it was cheese heavy. They were almost like a Wisconsin cheese curd. The pecorino, a mixture of Italian cheeses, was melty and delicious, especially dipped in the buttermilk dipping sauce. We also ordered the special appetizer, fried wax beans. The breading was very light, almost like tempura. The dipping sauce added the flavor. They were good, but the Arancini definitely stood out. For entrees we got a crawfish dish and a chicken dish. Both were generous portions, which allowed us to have leftovers for lunch the following day. The Crawfish Fra Diavola was filled with crawfish and was very flavorful with fresh ingredients. The Chicken Scarpariello was delicious. The polenta was rich and creamy. The chicken comes bone in and skin on, which keeps it juicy. This dish also had Italian sausage and fresh vegetables. I really enjoyed the Italian sausage as a contrast to the chicken. The only disappointment was when we asked the waitress what 5 dishes were on the “chef’s market menu,” she didn’t know and really wouldn’t elaborate. I wanted to try that, but at $58 per person, the requirement for full table participation, and no information, I wasn’t willing to take the chance.“
