These 2 went above and beyond to make sure we knew our options and understood them as we tried something new today. “when we ordered we couldn't understand the person. mixed up our order ordered saint Louis and baby combo .she put in a 1/2 baby platter. food was okay but not nearly enough for 27.99. I ordered brisket platter 7 prices of brisket on a peice of bread. had to order a pizza as we were both hungry. never had that happen before. was definitely not worth the 58.48”

“I worked at a ponderosa local to us for years, and grew up going there. Unfortunately all the ones near our home have closed. We were so excited to visit this location and introduce our kids to ponderosa. The service was great from the minute we walked in the door. The food was great, and the server was not only attentive but so good with our kids. Is the facility in perfect modern condition? No. But you can tell they value cleanliness which is the important part when it comes to this. For families, especially families already tired and overwhelmed from vacation, this is a perfect stop. No waiting for food and something for every kid's preferences, plus plenty of good stuff for the adults too. Keep in mind that the buffet comes with any of the menu meals. I can't think of a single other place where you can get steak with unlimited salad, sides, and desserts in that price range. My sirloin tips and baked potato were delicious.”

“It's Starbucks I allways feel kinda in a wrong place there I rarely get coffee from there it's too pricey for me and way to many choices u need a college degree in coffee to order.. I pickup alot door dashes from there that's about it... People are mostly allways friendly and busy sometimes it takes time to get help..”

“While driving semi there are not too many places convenient to park. Parked facing Burger King and stepped inside Market Square Cheese to make a purchase. Unexpectedly a nice lady that worked at the Wisconsin Dells Burger King brings dinner across the 6 or so lanes of road the 2 parking lots to tell me "We know you guys are having a hard time getting a decent meal lately. “We ate here before the Chris Young show in the middle of that dang snowstorm. It was our first time! From the minute we walked in and were greeted by the host staff and welcomed by our server at the bar, we already felt like we were being treated like royalty. You feel so welcomed, immediately. After a cocktail, our hostess came and found us for our reservation and we were seated at a cute window seat, overlooking the Christmas lights. Our server, Alex, was OUTSTANDING. I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed his company and his conversation. We were, again, treated like royalty. 1 billion out of 10 for all of the front of house staff...especially Alex. At this point, if the food was terrible I wouldn't have even cared. But. It. Wasn't. Calamari 10/10 (light batter and melts in your mouth), my Ceasar Salad 10/10 (the dressing was light and flavorful and I almost asked for a bowl of the croutons) I ordered a NY Strip medium rare, baked potato, mushrooms 10/10 (cooked and seasoned to perfection, at this point Ive eaten so much food I think I'm going to die, but I couldn't stop), my friend had the Queens Cut Prime Rib, baked potato, and asparagus 10/10 (again, cooked to perfection, super flavorful, and the asparagus was huge and delicious). Alex asks if we want dessert and I said I literally can't breathe. ...He came back with a chocolate mousse anyways...how he knew my weakness, I'll never know. So, go for the food and the staff. These folks are doing it so right. We can't wait to go back!!!!”

“My family has gone here for years. We always did the drive thru and took it back to our hotel room. Last week we were in the Dells (We always stop here for a meal.) our drivers side window was broken. What a god send! We went inside for the first time, it was great! We will go in from here on out. Our food was perfect as usual and they had some awesome shirts for sale! Do not skip out on this place while in the Dells! Thank you so much to the staff!”
