I worked at a ponderosa local to us for years, and grew up going there. Unfortunately all the ones near our home have closed. We were so excited to visit this location and introduce our kids to ponderosa.
The service was great from the minute we walked in the door. The food was great, and the server was not only attentive but so good with our kids.

I definitely recommend Ponderosa Steakhouse. Not only are they reasonably priced but they have a very generous buffet in addition to their steaks. The service is very attentive and friendly. It's too bad that they are not located everywhere in the US. If you're visiting the Dells, you owe it to yourself to visit this restaurant.
I found out this location was open and I had friends here from Utah so we had to go enjoy the buffet. Though it looked different from my childhood it was such a great time. To the lady who was taking care of our table of 10♡ thank you for the Birthday blessing and song ❤️ you are a sweet soul and you made the visit so much better ♥️♥️♥️
