“We ate here before the Chris Young show in the middle of that dang snowstorm. It was our first time! From the minute we walked in and were greeted by the host staff and welcomed by our server at the bar, we already felt like we were being treated like royalty. You feel so welcomed, immediately. After a cocktail, our hostess came and found us for our reservation and we were seated at a cute window seat, overlooking the Christmas lights. Our server, Alex, was OUTSTANDING. I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed his company and his conversation. We were, again, treated like royalty. 1 billion out of 10 for all of the front of house staff...especially Alex. At this point, if the food was terrible I wouldn't have even cared. But. It. Wasn't. Calamari 10/10 (light batter and melts in your mouth), my Ceasar Salad 10/10 (the dressing was light and flavorful and I almost asked for a bowl of the croutons) I ordered a NY Strip medium rare, baked potato, mushrooms 10/10 (cooked and seasoned to perfection, at this point Ive eaten so much food I think I'm going to die, but I couldn't stop), my friend had the Queens Cut Prime Rib, baked potato, and asparagus 10/10 (again, cooked to perfection, super flavorful, and the asparagus was huge and delicious). Alex asks if we want dessert and I said I literally can't breathe. ...He came back with a chocolate mousse anyways...how he knew my weakness, I'll never know. So, go for the food and the staff. These folks are doing it so right. We can't wait to go back!!!!”

“I am from Chicago ( the land of the best hot dogs) and it is rare I find a place that reminds me of home. From the gyros that are cut off the spit ( that preparation is hard to find) to the fresh french fries that are piping hot. The amount of food you get is very large and worth the slightly higher price. ( we have left overs ) Truthfully we would pay almost as much as the more commercial places. This place is so MUCH better! The entire place was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were very clean and they have a welcoming atmosphere. I recommend them, for sure!”

The entertainment was fantastic, the wine slushes were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed night out. “Absolutely lived up to the hype. The property is gorgeous, the food and beverage quality was in line with expectations and the price point. But you just can't beat that view. We arrived at 430 and got on the wait list, which was about 2 hrs. We enjoyed the beach, walked a bit on one of the trails, and tried some of the signature cocktails. The Tipsy Canoe was perfect for the hot temps and the old fashioneds are expertly made. Love seeing the Old Fashioneds served counter at the front entrance. The escargot was well cooked, the bread was delicious, steak was barely over MR and still juicy and well seasoned, and the duck had a fun presentation! Only negative comment would be the cocktail service. We were at a table with 2 servers going around the area. Minimal awareness, trying to make eye contact and call someone over when I could, but after 40 minutes, we just went to the bar to grab our round.”
