“Came here June 5th in late afternoon and the line was nearly out the door. There was a few people working but one guy handling all the customers alone. He was out of things he needed and a bit flustered but he remained professinal and polite. He worked as efficiently as he could and he never let his frustration get to him. Also he was very young early teens. You dont see that much these days anymore. I only had $20 in my pocket (I paid with a card) and altho I dont ever tip fast food workers I gave it to him and told him he was doing a great job. I hope this kid gets promoted soon.“

“I live in lake geneva and work in a fine dining restaurant. There have been many times I got off work late, drove my friends home and realized I forgot to eat that day, and stop here to grab something near my home. I’m also someone who understands these are kids who are working late hours and probably deal with jerks. I live off tips, and these kids do not. I will say every time I pull up, probably when they just want to be done and sick of people they are still so kind and nice. The gentleman who worked the window after hours on July 3rd 2024 was so sweet and kind, I wish I asked his name. But he deserves a raise. Still the best Taco Bell around because of these kids who care. And you can tell.“

“Service us quick and attentive. They serve good chips and good salsa when you are seated. I ordered a side of their guacamole Cesare (spelling). It is delicious, but I felt overpriced the amount they served. We had enchiladas, beef burrito and chili relldno. All were very good. I really like their refried beans.“

“You will not find a better Taco Bell store. The staff is amazing, the food is always hot when served, and actually looks like the pictures. The store is clean no matter what time you go in there, and the staff is always friendly yet professional. I've been to Kenosha, Racine, Burlington, and other locations in S.E. Wisconsin, none can compare to the Richmond, Illinois store. As a Packer fan, I don't like giving a win to Illinois, but on this one, this trophy goes to this store.....“
