“Came here June 5th in late afternoon and the line was nearly out the door. There was a few people working but one guy handling all the customers alone. He was out of things he needed and a bit flustered but he remained professinal and polite. He worked as efficiently as he could and he never let his frustration get to him. Also he was very young early teens. You dont see that much these days anymore. I only had $20 in my pocket (I paid with a card) and altho I dont ever tip fast food workers I gave it to him and told him he was doing a great job. I hope this kid gets promoted soon.“

“I've only been to this Taco Bell twice and both times, I had a really good experience because food was really fresh, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant because it was quiet. The restaurant was clean and Taco Bell is very affordable👍 it's one of those places that you can still eat for $10 or less, that's really good🥳 if you're on a budget💰 I haven't been down this way since 2024 but whenever I'm down this way, I stopped in, because a good experience is always important🙂❤️👍“

“Service us quick and attentive. They serve good chips and good salsa when you are seated. I ordered a side of their guacamole Cesare (spelling). It is delicious, but I felt overpriced the amount they served. We had enchiladas, beef burrito and chili relldno. All were very good. I really like their refried beans.“

“You will not find a better Taco Bell store. The staff is amazing, the food is always hot when served, and actually looks like the pictures. The store is clean no matter what time you go in there, and the staff is always friendly yet professional. I've been to Kenosha, Racine, Burlington, and other locations in S.E. Wisconsin, none can compare to the Richmond, Illinois store. As a Packer fan, I don't like giving a win to Illinois, but on this one, this trophy goes to this store.....“
