We just stayed here at the Timber Ridge for the 2nd time. Family of 4. We went to the Moose and Maple for the 1st time. We went after we were done at the waterpark and arrived at the restaurant about 8:45. Service was excellent. We did not feel rushed even though they closed at 9:30. Restaurant was clean. Food was really good! We didn't get the opportunity to try breakfast but will try that next time hopefully. We had wings, Cheese~BLT, Salad, Loaded Baked Potatoe, kids...
Pros: Ribs, broccoli side very tender and buttery, spaghetti and meatballs yummy, local beers, great overlook of the indoor water park.
Cons: Couscous was a bit bland and didn’t have a great texture.
Overall a comfortable and convenient experience after a few active hours at the indoor water park!

The corned beef breakfast is one of the best I've had. The potatoes are crispy and delicious. The eggs are fluffy and bouncy. The corned beef is smoked and chunked off of an.actuwl brisket. Far better than a hotel restaurant should be. So very good. Biscuits and gravy were a big surprise, too!
