“Innovative, well executed rotating menu. Both of our dishes were excellent. Well done Chef. As a retired professional chef, I must comment on some of the comments regarding Archie’s not doing Dairy free. Glad you denied this as we have been promised dairy free (other places)multiple times and it didn’t end well. To do dairy free, it’s a separate hand washed pan (no dishwasher), no other use, same with the plates and the slightest residue can create a reaction. Chef’s use butter and heavy cream, cheese etc among other things for richness. This is a one Chef show, No wake zone, keep grooving Chef.“
