“My favorite place to relax and have dinner out. The owners and waitstaff are amazing. Food is always good. Between my dinner date (the meat eater) and me (the vegetarian), we've tried most of the menu. Nothing disappointed. “Thank you Steve! Your buffet was fabulous..the prime rib was cooked to order. The ribs were falling off the bone. Loved the fact that the sauce for the tips was NOT flour based--I could eat it ?? The garlic green beans perfect. The salad bar was simple but so fresh. Bartender Angela remembered my drink. The staff was friendly. The holidays are normally a lonely time...the dj and karaoke, the food, and the people made it a happy festive Christmas Eve.“
“Hidden gem in the woods. Right on Chute Pond with good food. Good service and reasonable prices. Stuffed northwoods decorations hung up all around. Just over an hour from Green Bay. Little rental cabins are just steps away from the restaurant and waterfront. Larger parking lot but easiest in/out park right away and walk up.....we were briefly were parked in.“
“Stop in the gas station about once or twice a month to pick up smokes. Best prices I've found locally, 9 out of 10 times there is a friendly face behind the counter greeting you with a smile. As of recent, the front has been remodeled & opened up to allow more than one customer to enter while still maintaining social distancing. Which is AMAZING since it is winter. ? As for the little casino, ALWAYS friendly staff, games are spaced out for social distancing, & seem to pay out decent. HAVEN'T eaten here yet, but hear the food is on point.“
“Phenomenal food! The breakfast is amazing! I recommend either the Jimmy’s chorizo breakfast burrito or the eggs Benedict (he uses bbq pork as the meat which is surprisingly delicious). I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and I’ve never been burned, and I’m kind of a food snob. Great prices, HUGE portions! Recommend for sure!“
