“I had the Chicken Ceaser Wrap with steak fries and it was delicious. The proportion of the chicken, lettuce, and ceaser dressing was spot on. I had a side of Ranch dressing to dip my steak fries in and that combination was great. We were there at lunchtime on a Saturday and the service suffered slightly, but we were able to watch the Brewer game to pass the time. Can't wait to go back.“

“Sky is the best bartender there. We are deadheads from South Chicago on vacation and it felt like a lot scene in a clean, modern venue. Grilled cheese truck, taco truck, BBQ truck, they're all great food! Vibe is chill, and awesome merch and drinks.“

“Great place if you want to indulge! Lots of cheese. Lots of carbs. The Mac and cheese was creamy and yummy! My husband ordered the Memphis (pulled pork) and I ordered the chicken version, a side salad, and drink.Nothing special, but if you want comfort food, this is the place to be.“

“Macs wins again!! Just tried the new mushroom swiss mac-it's another home run!! I usually order chicken bacon ranch Mac; like every single time (10-15 times) but I decided it looked too good to pass up! 5 stars!!! You won't walk away sorry if you eat at Macs!“

“Large space that is clean and well maintained. There really wasn't anything on the menu that jumped out at me. The cheese curds were ok (good curds but too much breading), but the chopped side salad was actually a good size and a nice bite. Nothing really special happening here, so will probably look for somewhere new to try next time we are in the area.“

“We stayed at the Wilderness Glacier Canyon so chose to walk the parking lot on a beautiful weekend to visit Monks. We got seated quickly, and they were very friendly. Once seated, it took almost 15 minutes to even have any acknowledgement or visit from a server (while another table was seated after and already ordering). Eventually our server did come and took our order. We ordered and it all came out quickly (which we were thankful for since we were all hungry after swimming all day). Food was delicious and the burger was great! Our service could have been better as our waitress was missing in action and only checked in at the beginning and end when we needed a check (but nothing in the middle when we needed refills and whatnot). Thankfully other staff helped get our food to us and met our other needs (I’m glad they work well as a team since I’m sure they get pretty busy). Overall I’d go back, the burger was delicious (maybe one of the best I’ve had at a restaurant), it had great flavor & was cooked properly to my liking. I got the Gouda burger and would get it again for sure. I upgraded to their fries and they were great too! There were many other choices I’d be curious to try! Cheese curds were also delish!Kid-friendliness: Kids get their meal on a frisbee and lots of choices for a great meal!“

“Came here for the super bowl, food was awesome, the wings looked overdone from pics but they came out perfect, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. And I can not stress enough how awesome the bartender was, the place was packed and we were greeted right away, always had drinks in a timely manner, food was quick and he checked up on us a few minutes after getting it. He was extremely impressive and very friendly!“

“What a fun place to take the kids! Your food and drinks are delivered via model train and tables are big enough for the whole family and more. Food was good, not the main Attraction but we weren't disappointed. If you're in the Dell's at this to one of your night outings.“

“I liked this place and it’s atmosphere, went with the family and got two pizzas and a side of loaded fries.. crust on the pizza was really soft and thick, cheese was nice and not too greasy and the toppings didn’t feel too heavy or too light it all just blends in just the way I like it and the loaded fries were really tasty with it, great customer service aswell“

“Food was good. Portion on this brisket Mac and cheese was a little smaller than I expected but it was flavorful. The managers came out for my girlfriend because she has a nut allergy and were very respectful and showed care about contamination. Service was a little weird, we had two different servers helping us? And they seemed very rushed. Otherwise was a good spot.“

“Stopped in prior to attending a concert in town yesterday (01/27/2024). Had no idea this restaurant was here. An unassuming place off the main road but certainly feels inviting once you enter. There was live music on Friday and scheduled live music on Saturday but I overheard the booked act had come down with something and couldn't perform. However it was obvious the crew had a back up plan as they worked to get an act prepped for the live venue. We didn't stick around for the live music however we did have dinner. Sat at the bar, there's plenty of seating for singles and groups btw. We ordered drinks right away and had speedy service at that point. The delay in taking our order was a bit odd though as it appeared there was quite a bit of standing around at first by our server. Eventually she made her way over to us and took our order, so just a little wait which overall didn't matter because we still had time. Food came out pretty fast and was definitely presentable and tasted great. I had the house burger and steak fries. The burger was fantastic, onion rings and barbecue sauce made it very tasty. Steak fries were cooked perfectly, not over/under done, just right. The staff was very nice and friendly and seemed to know the locals really well. I will definitely be going back here again.“

“First visit to House of Embers was Saturday evening. We made a reservation via Google that afternoon. The service was excellent as was the food (group had ribeye steak or chicken and ribs). For a vegetable lover, the medley would be worth the trip on its own.“

“You are probably wondering why I gave 5 stars for everything, but not overall... Well the food was very good and plenty of it, as it is an all you can eat kind of place. That being said, I don't like that style of eating. If there was an option for not all you can eat (family style) dinning, I would have gave it 5 stars. The food was very good and it was a fun place. Staff was very nice and helpful.“

“WOW! Greatest service I have ever received from a bar. Every single employee checked on our table multiple times. Right when we arrived, a staff member pointed out the restrooms as they are not in plain view. Then ended the night with some fun karaoke. We only had drinks, so am unable to speak to the food. EXCELLENT service. 10/10!!“

“We came to the Dells area for a family reunion weekend so we came into Tbe Keg with a rather large group... They were very accommodating & the food came out fast & hot. Great atmosphere... There were games to play for the kids while our food was being prepared. We will be returning on our next trip to the Dells!“

“The food here was fantastic. I had the three piece perch and it was satisfying. My french fries and fish were nice and crispy. The coleslaw was out of this world. I normally dislike tartar sauce, but this place made me like it. I'd come here again for the fish fry. Ordering was slow but I saw that the place seemed to be a little understaffed so I'll let that slide. The decorations were bland. Not a whole lot to look at there.Parking: Ample parking in the lot there.Kid-friendliness: The place was about as kid friendly that a bar can be.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp in front of the place.“

“A great spot just outside of town. Angie is a fantastic bartender and makes great recommendations from the food menu that I wouldn’t normally consider, which makes dining here refreshing . Always friendly and fast service too. Highly recommend a stop in here for lunch or dinner, if you are in the area. It’s worth searching for!“

“Grateful Shed is a fun place to hang in the Wisconsin Dells, both winter and summer. They have a big bar and a lot of different food establishment "food trucks" that are stationary. They have a nice outside section which is no doubt fun in the summer. Food has been consistently good, the beer is a decent selection, and they often have live music. Sometimes it can be hard to get a seat but generally it opens up after a bit. There is also a bus hanging from the ceiling that you can go up in and sit and eat. Definitely worth a stop while in the Dells“

“What you would expect from a casual dining place in a tourist town. Food was okay. Some good, some not so much. We ordered a trio appetizer. Bruscheta was just basically garlic bread with cheese. Three were 3 coconut shrimp. Those were as expected. Maybe a bit small in size. Crab dip (cold, on purpose) was okay but was not served with enough bread. The first 3 beers my husband asked for were "not available" but on the menu. I ordered a pear martini. Not great. Then I ordered Moscato, very average. I was hesitant to order Jamaican cuisine as we travel there yearly and I had serious doubts about authenticity. I ordered Jamaican beef patties my husband the jerk chicken and pork. Both were actually quite acceptable considering we were at a tourist town in Wisconsin. We ordered Kraft man n cheese for granddaughter. It was literally what it says. Boxed Mac n cheese for $8. But you're aware of that when you order so .... it is what it is. Bill came to $94 for an appetizer, ywonadult entrees, a child's Mac n cheese, two beers, a wine and a martini (without tip). We dined outside as the weather for unseasonably warm. (We are NOT tourists. We live nearby).Kid-friendliness: VERY kid friendly. Sand area with sand toys. Cornhole game for all ages.“

“It’s really hard for me to make up my mind when we go to Mac’s. Everything is so good! The Friday Night Fish Fry is excellent! I usually have cod, but if you try the Combo, you get to try fish and shrimp!! Another favorite of mine, is the Chicken Quesadilla! My husband likes the Pattie Melt, and The Godfather! The staff is friendly and helpful. ( so are the owners). The first time we walked in their, other customers talked to us, and we left feeling like old friends. It’s a great place all around!!! P.S. Best Brandy Old Fashion I’ve had in years!“
