God bless the chef! We just finished dinner and had an absolutely amazing meal. Chef Pradan made us tofu pakora fresh in front of us, it was lovely and it was complimentary. We ordered Dahl as a side for one of the dishes and they brought out bowls for everyone and served us family style. The service was extremely attentive, and kind. Amazing food, high quality, very tasty and careful with allergies. Great staff and beautiful seating inside and outside. Parking lot is tricky, street parking is a good option. It is up a hill and not easily spotted from the road. Great restaurant.
Honestly not a bad thing to say. Wonderful time with wonderful people and staff. Would encourage others and will bring others.

Ama Kitchen is a great restaurant with amazing food and high quality ingredients. The service is extremely attentive and kind, with a genuine and comfortable environment. The interior is lovely, with natural light, beautiful decor, and tons of plants, plus vibrant outdoor seating. The food is top, with the goat Kathmandu possibly the best goat ever had, and the lamb and veggie biryani with meat that is "damn tender," juicy, and bursting with flavor. Brunch is phenomenal, with the Lamb Kofta and eggs as one of the best meals in quite awhile, and the dosa perfectly light and crispy with cheesy, scrambled eggs. The steak and eggs, with marinated beef kebab, tamarind sauce, seasoned potatoes, and roti, is incredibly good. The biryani, momo, lamb side dish, and carrot cake dessert are all strongly recommended. The food is not super spicy but has the right amount, and the restaurant is careful with allergies. Slightly on the pricier side but worth it. Parking is tricky, but street parking is a good option.
