“The Globe is one of my go-to, favorite restaurants here in Madison. I highly recommend their Chili Buff and Korean BBQ with Rice (I've heard the Korean BBQ Noodles are awesome as well). I've had their vegetarian and chicken variations, and both have been flavorful, well-cooked (the chicken is very good and doesn't have chewy or "ick" textures). They're also very helpful with allergy restrictions, including peanut allergies. Additionally, they have extensive vegetarian options and alternatives for their menu items. If you haven't gone here before (delivery, carry-out, and/or in-person dining) I'd definitely recommend trying their dishes!“

We ordered at the small food counter and then found ourselves a table in the bar area. We ordered their two cocktails and the bartender made them perfectly. “You know the food is going to be delicious, when you hear the pressure cooker releasing steam in the kitchen. And the items we ordered did not disappoint.

We ordered Ngoethuk, Mothuk, Tingmo, and the famed butter tea. Ngoethuk (chow mein) comes with a side of delicious broth. The hearty Mothuk (dumplings in a soup) warms the soul. The spice levels are adjustable for all items.

Although savory, we saved the butter tea and the Tingmo (rolled steamed bread) for “dessert”.

The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy, yet welcoming. It feels like I am at my friend’s house and their parents are feeding us.

We have been there twice now and always look forward to going back to try out their other menu items.“
