Bartender sexually harasses young women there and nothing is done about it. When will the safety of human beings be prioritized over $$$? Do yourself a favor and do not contribute to this place financially and if you’re a woman, definitely think twice before applying to work here. Disturbing treatment of the waitstaff. It's 2023, why are they still allowing their bartender to sexually harass the college girls? They certainly know about it but have done nothing. In such a progressive college town you'd think this would be taken care of immediately. If you're a young female, avoid this restaurant, it is not safe.
Fine food, but forsure not child friendly. If I had a daughter who worked there that was treated the way the bartender treats the waitresses there would be a problem. Sexual harassment at its finest, and the management has done nothing despite being alerted multiple times.

BelAir Cantina is a popular spot known for its stellar food and friendly bartenders. The atmosphere is lively, with a wonderful environment. It is a wonderful spot to either sit at the bar and socialize with a beer and some chips and guac, or bring a close group of friends to grab a table and enjoy a wonderful meal. The food is fantastic, so fresh and full of flavor. The carnitas tacos, Tacushi taco, and Zihuatanejo shrimp taco are highly recommended. You have to try their queso. The restaurant offers a variety of Mexican dishes, and the service is amazing and friendly.
