Cowboy Jack's Madison

The food was great, the bar tender was friendly and wonderful. The Hostess was suppose to come back with a release form to rid the bull but instead she left for the night. We never got to rid the bull like we wanted too.

Ok, this place is a great place to spend time and grab some dinner. We started with the Brussel sprouts - does anyone make these baby's better? NOT! They are wonderful! Next came the Blue burger- buffalo. 1/2 lb of face plugging greatness! (We asked for it medium, it came well done, that's why the 4 not the 5.) Stopped in for lunch today with my family. The place is very spacious and open, and we were surprised to see a mechanical bull in there, but it does fit the theme. We sat in a large booth with plenty of elbow room. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and I really enjoyed the salsa that accompanied it.
