“We really appreciate the customer service at our local Dunkin. We are there quite a bit for coffee and donuts. Brooke rang our order up and was extremely friendly. She frequently takes our order on the weekends and always does a great job! Laura, Martell, Tianna, Jared, and Tracy were all a part of a local event today at this location. They all had great attitudes, were wonderful with my kids, and made the event really fun!“

Not sure what’s going on with some of the other reviews, but here’s my pro tip: get in early. I walked in on a wintery morning expecting the usual half‑awake shuffle, and instead got full‑blown customer‑service high energy, bright, upbeat, and powered by pure Dunkin’ spirit and maybe a bit caffeine. 😏
Manny was holding down the fort while a bit short‑handed, but you’d never know it. The guy had the positivity of a retro commercial jingle and the attention of someone who genuinely wants your day to start right. Honestly, it made the whole trip worthwhile.
Keep up the great work and hey, if you really want to bring back that vintage Dunkin’ magic, maybe toss a few chocolate‑glazed munchkins into the lineup. Because some of us still believe in donut‑shaped joy.“
“Make sure you check your order very carefully when you get it, I don't think that I have ever had a fully accurate order from this location, it is almost always a missing item, which isn't great when you are picking up for a group. Go to Starbucks or McDonald's instead, way less of a headache.
When I noted an issue with my order on the app, they did not immediately offer me a refund for the item missing from my order, but I get to wait 2 business days for help?
Edited to include they resolved my issue, so I am giving them 4 stars, because the interior is very nice and clean, and the staff are helpful.“
