“My company had thier holiday party here recently, I had never been before. What a beautiful establishment and great location! The staff was great, friendly and fast, I never waited longer than a few minutes for a drink. The food was fantastic and the presentation was beautiful. I would highly recommend stopping in or arranging a moderately sized event here. Try the Pear martini (Pear Tin Rug ?) it is amazing. Thanks, Heritage Tavern, for making the night a success! You guys ROCK!“

“Pleasantly surprised and how good our airport food was.One of the few options at the Dane County Airport. Our party of three were on our way out of town after a four-day work week.Fried Cheese Curds were delicious! It's a local and a touristy dish that you should try.Chicken Caesar Salad had plenty of chicken, was fresh and larger than expected. The Wisconsin Brat with homemade kettle chips might have been the winner because it was hot and delicious. Just hit the spot. The Prairie Burger was also on-point.“

“Can be a little pricey but our family enjoys the food. If there is one thing to change, I would love for the default side (a boatload of house made chips) to be replaced with a handful of fries. The chips do not hit the spot and there are way too many of them, while the fries are delicious. 5-6 waffle fries instead of a mountain of blah chips, with the upcharge for extra fries, would make for a better meal, less waste, and hopefully neutral costs for the restaurant.Staff has always been warm and welcoming, and we will be back many more times (I'm sure).“

“I did not expect this. Great food, great atmosphere for watching sports, great beer selection at reasonable prices! Many beers on tap are priced $5 to $6.50! I went in and ordered the ribeye beef dip ($14.25) and it was absolutely delicious! No noticeable gristle or fat. For an extra dollar I upgraded to sweet potato fries which were good, just not crispy. I saw the potato tots and they looked great as a regular free side that I will pick next time.“
