It is a chain coffee shop in Madison. We are actually in another location but the coffee tastes great especially the special Miel latte. I also love the winter themed dog coffee cup. The decor of the shop gives a modern and clean feeling. I would also love to try the bakery next time.
This cafe has so much going for it but the ambiance is incredibly lacking. It is cold in Madison and Grace makes you feel even colder. There are three sets of doors that blow in cold air, and the floors and surfaces are cold and hard. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here in the winter if you, like me, are cold all the time. Fancy drinks and overpriced breakfast with lavish descriptions. I’m not even greeted by the barista if they’re making a drink, I just wait awkwardly, not knowing where to sit / stand to wait to place my order. There’s a difference between a barista making your drink with love and just taking their sweet time. Based on the drinks I’ve gotten recently, I’d unfortunately say it’s the 2nd one. I’ll try a different place to become a regular.
