They dont ignore me but sometimes it's harder to place orders then other places but I like the chicken so that's th we only thing I really go for whenever I get food from latos everything isn't really that great.
Best food court option, hands-down. I always get the Bourbon Chicken and Kato's Chicken over fried rice. Admittedly, the West Towne location isn't as good as the East Towne location - East Towne is ALWAYS amazing, and West Towne can be mediocre on an off day. But even so, Kato's wins my business every time I'm at the mall.

Edit: This isn't even the right place, go here: It's in a food court. You know why you're eating here. It's good for being food from a food court. If you want better, go to a restaurant that isn't in a gigantic room full of other restaurants. If you want cheap and good enough for what you're getting, go here.
