LJs has been my go-to sports bar in Madison. It offers a great layout for watching all the screens, and they always turn on the sound for major games. However, it sometimes can get a bit too loud with the volume, making it hard to have a conversation without raising your voice. It's also a great spot to grab a drink before or after a show or a Madison Forward game. The tap beer prices are reasonable for downtown, and they have a nice variety of choices. The food menu is solid...
Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. Able to get a great table by the window right away!

Met the owner, found out he graduated from the same High School that my Spouse and I attended also. Also, knew a lot of the same people!

Met the owner, found out he graduated from the same High School that my Spouse and I attended also. Also, knew a lot of the same people!
It was extremely busy our food was good and service was excellent. Tim who I assume is the general manager was extremely efficient serving drinks to a full bar without any assistance and also serving food, we took note of how nobody was waiting for service because he was on it.
