The food was very good. It was a little warm inside, which was a negative. The service was excellent.
Best Korean food in Madison.
Yukgaejang had no gosari / fernbrake in it .. Key ingredient I was looking forward to, not authentic.

New Seoul Korean Restaurant offers Bibimbop and Kimbop, with Bibimbop served in a regular bowl. The restaurant has been a favorite since its days on Old University Ave, although some dishes have changed. The food is traditional Korean, but additional side dishes may need to be ordered. Wheelchair accessibility is good with plenty of tables in a small dining area.
