Saigon Sandwich food truck is a popular spot among students, especially UW physics students. Customers love the Bahn Mi sandwiches and Vietnamese Ice Coffee. Preordering online is convenient, but in-person orders are also quick and the service is fast. The friendly cook serves top-notch, fresh sandwiches with great flavour. The bread has a great crust with a fluffy texture, the vegetables are crisp and fresh, and the meats are tender and well-seasoned. The food is delicious and comes out hot and fast. It easily surpasses what you’d get at full-scale restaurants. The food truck is located on a corner without seating, but the operator is accommodating. It's recommended to get there early as they are only open for a few hours on weekdays.
