The bread has a great crust with a fluffy texture, the vegetables are crisp and fresh, and the meats are tender and well-seasoned. The food is delicious and comes out hot and fast. It easily surpasses what you’d get at full-scale restaurants. The food truck is located on a corner without seating, but the operator is accommodating. It's recommended to get there early as they are only open for a few hours on weekdays.
