“I had a lovely dinner at Forage Kitchen after a conference at the University of Wisconsin Madison! I was looking for a light and healthy dinner, so I got one of the Bowls on the menu - and I was pleasantly surprised to find every ingredient really flavorful and fresh.
Both the space inside the outside are cozy and clean, and the stuff was really delightful.
I absolutely recommend stopping here when in Madison.“

It doesn’t look romantic, but as I can attest from observing the couples enjoy their food, it is, from a culinary point of view, a romantic experience. Heck, I was alone and I felt the vibe!“

“Had their avocado toast with chili flakes and poached egg on top—fresh and flavorful. Waitstaff was relaxed but attentive, coffee refills were on point. Free parking in a lot behind the building. Quiet atmosphere with lots of natural light, great for chill mornings.“

“We travel all over the U.S.. Last night we decided to hit a place close to where my husband was working. Most people love the pizza but we weren’t in the mood The Mac and Cheese was alright. Needed more salt and it was a bit dry for Mac n cheese. The lasagna however was AMAZING!! Lots of meat and the flavor profile was incredible. Lots of spice. I love lasagna with texture and this hit the mark for both of us. It was also a large portion so I had plenty for the next day. Go try the lasagna!!

Edited!! Husband went with a coworker for lunch the next day. The pizza is just as good as the lasagna. I did not try it fresh but the Mediterranean Pizza HITS even reheated. Man this place just keeps getting better!! Go try them!!“
