I come to this Starbucks almost every morning. The service is usually really good — my favorites in the drive thru are Destiny and Coral. Both so sweet. The taste of my drink is always consistent which I appreciate! My only complaint is that the drive thru can be very slow. I’ve been stuck in it for a half hour before with no way to leave it. Other than that this Starbucks is great!
Having the take out food in one area and take out drinks in another area is one of the worst ideas I've ever heard of. Keeping orders together makes pickup so much easier if you have one person picking up for a workplace.

Cons: Very inconsistent or slow service. I order 20 mins ahead of time on my way to work sometimes and my order will still not be completed by the time I arrive, or my food and drink items for the same order come out at completely different times. There have been multiple times I've had to ask the status of a mobile order after waiting 15+ mins...
