Same coffee as any other Starbucks. Good parkings.

There was no toilet paper in one restroom. That why I lowered the level of service from a 4 to a 3.
The music was a little too loud if you want to talk… Nice selection of songs but too loud…

I will say this place is held back due to not being able to have employees. It seems they always have new people or are understaffed and never fast and efficient due to not enough staff or not properly being trained. The new mobile orders which were supposed to be more accurate than ever. Usually you have to wait 10 minutes past your time to get your drink at this specific location currently.

Hope issues get fixed so I can change to five stars

The drink and breakfast sandwich were great. I spent some time in the lobby getting some work done while my daughter was at a lesson. The thing that caused me concern is - There was a manager doing employee reviews or interviews in the lobby. In all of my work experience, anything related to job performance or hiring employees is a private matter. I wasn't trying to eavesdrop, but one of the people the manager met with was visibly upset while receiving feedback, in a public...
