“I love coming here! Kym and co always greet people by name with a smile. I mentioned I liked soft cookies one time and now months later they are always just right. It is rare to be served by the owner of store on a daily basis, but everytime I visit she is right there working hard! This makes it an easy choice for me and my family! Thanks you so much!“

“Honestly the best store I've been to in the Madison area. The store is always clean, the associates are super friendly, the sandwich quality is VERY consistent between team members, and this is the only store I can trust to NOT put black olives on my sandwich instead of black pepper. My only complaint is that it's kind of a garbage location with no street parking nearby, but that's the franchise owner's fault.

“If you don’t speak Spanish never order in store.. order online it will be maybe 50/75% correct as far as your toppings.. (never ask bc manager tells you he can’t read it’s too hard) but it’s alright and open on the north side til 10pm“

“After many years of loving Subway we moved to Mt Horeb Wi with the intention of continuing our habit. Had an awful experience and stopped going for several years. Spur of moment decision to go to Subway when in Madison near Whitney Way location. We are hooked on Subway after having a wonderful experience. The restaurant was so clean and nice. Workers were pleasant and helpful and the salads were amazingly good. Subways back on our list of Go To restaurants“

“Not bad for a quick meal. There's a nice big eating area here. And they have your typical sandwiches, cookies, chips, soda, etc. They open early at 7 and are convenient for fast food. I was happy with my food. But I was the only person there at 8 AM and nobody was at the counter for a good 5 minutes. It's an okay subway.“

The sandwich artist who works here is consistently pleasant and helpful, always greeting customers with a smile and patiently walking through the many topping options. I especially appreciate how they're generous with the vegetables and never rush through the preparation process, even during busy lunch hours.

The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and its location right by the bus stop makes it perfect for grabbing a quick meal during my commute. The indoor seating area provides a comfortable place to wait for the next bus, especially during Wisconsin's colder months.

“This Subway near N Randall Engineering Hall is pretty good overall. The staff are friendly, attentive, and ready to prepare your order just the way you like it. There’s limited seating, but it works fine for a quick bite.

One thing to note — I ordered a tuna sub on flatbread, and it was served quite cold, including the tuna and salad. I'm not sure if that’s their standard or if I needed to specifically request it to be warmed up. So, if you prefer your subs warm like I do, make sure to ask when ordering.

Aside from that, it’s a convenient and reliable spot for a quick meal around campus.“

“I don’t LOVE Subway and I barely review anything online ever, but I think my experience today is worth sharing. I came with a group of about 500-600 people to the food court, and naturally most people went to Subway. The employees didn’t expect it, but they handled like champs. Despite the stress, it was very speedy and every employee smiled the whole time. For a bunch of people who probably don’t get paid enough, they gave me and everyone else in line the upmost curtesy.
