Subway in Madison

“Great Subway shop that accepts local coupons.

Their staff are attentive and make quality sandwiches. They have every item in stock.

On a nice day you can use the patio furniture outside the shop.

There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot.“

“The young man working tonight 6:30 pm who made my sandwiches did a excellent job and was very customer service friendly and did a very good job he red the slip wrong and was very professional with fixing a simple small mistake. He deserves some gratitude and even a raise I’m super happy with this young man’s professionalism I used to manage a subway and now am a manager at autozone so I know all about management“

“We used to eat at Subway regularly. The prices have gone up so much that we only eat once in a blue moon but 1 main guy that works@ Northport dr.&Sherman ave.- in Sherman plaza is the reason why we will be back . His friendly & professional manner was refreshing. The food was pretty good , we had ham & turkey footlongs w/cheese, lettuce & tomatoes ... On artisan Italian - I think that's what it was called?“

“Me and my family came in ten minutes before close (SORRY QUEENS!!!) and the employees were so efficient and friendly anyway. I know from experience how hard it is sometimes to not be grumpy when customers come in and order stuff right before close, so I was SO grateful and impressed that the employees were so nice to us!!!“

“Not bad for a quick meal. There's a nice big eating area here. And they have your typical sandwiches, cookies, chips, soda, etc. They open early at 7 and are convenient for fast food. I was happy with my food. But I was the only person there at 8 AM and nobody was at the counter for a good 5 minutes. It's an okay subway.“

“Young man there Greek guy spicys thing up when here there fast service 1 guy knocks out 10 people every 2 minutes...talk about fast...freaky FAST..!
CLEAN and fresh but u gots to go to the 6th floor and you can have it delivered to the door down stairs..but you can't get in..if you don't have a person sick in the hospital.“

Spur of moment decision to go to Subway when in Madison near Whitney Way location. We are hooked on Subway after having a wonderful experience. The restaurant was so clean and nice. “I don’t LOVE Subway and I barely review anything online ever, but I think my experience today is worth sharing. I came with a group of about 500-600 people to the food court, and naturally most people went to Subway. The employees didn’t expect it, but they handled like champs. Despite the stress, it was very speedy and every employee smiled the whole time. For a bunch of people who probably don’t get paid enough, they gave me and everyone else in line the upmost curtesy.
