Subway in Madison

“Came to this Subway because of the positive reviews and I can confirm! I have food allergies and so I usually ask a couple kind of specific things to be done (change gloves, paper wrapping away from the cookies) to ensure my safety. They were not only happy to oblige but made me a new sandwich after a moment of miscommunication (which was completely my doing!).“

“Basic Subway trip you know what I mean walk in usually there’s no weight if any pretty simple ordering but feel a little pressured to hurry. Many options. Maybe that’s just it but I’ve always gotten that five at every subway almost like I need to hurry up and then for a customer service it’s what do I call average customer service you don’t remember the person or the events took out in your mind. Never have had a negative experience in their customer service and the food is good. It’s now I’m not gonna use the word great cause I’m firm, but it is good especially the veggie toasted sub, but that’s just me in my taste buds now I must go eat my sub.“

“We used to eat at Subway regularly. The prices have gone up so much that we only eat once in a blue moon but 1 main guy that works@ Northport dr.&Sherman ave.- in Sherman plaza is the reason why we will be back . His friendly & professional manner was refreshing. The food was pretty good , we had ham & turkey footlongs w/cheese, lettuce & tomatoes ... On artisan Italian - I think that's what it was called?“

“I had a wonderful visit to this location today! A girl named Sahr was working, and she was so welcoming, greeting everyone with a warm smile. She is incredibly hardworking, attentive, and does complete justice to her role. Between her amazing customer service and the great food quality, it was an excellent experience with also the clean and calm atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone! 👍👍“

“Me and my family came in ten minutes before close (SORRY QUEENS!!!) and the employees were so efficient and friendly anyway. I know from experience how hard it is sometimes to not be grumpy when customers come in and order stuff right before close, so I was SO grateful and impressed that the employees were so nice to us!!!“

The subways now have a very bad reputation in regard to treating the customers well … vegetables are very watery and old to save money. I travel for work all over the Wisconsin and by far this location in the mall is much better than others….“

“Long time customer always friendly service parking available in really fast.Don't believe what you hear.On the other reviews, there are competitors that are putting fake reviews out here.Because there are other food businesses on the same area.I know that people very well and I know the owner , no problems at all“

“Might be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Subway location. It is clean and tidy. The owner was working and was super personable and nice. He talked to everyone and really seemed to know his customers well. We enjoyed a great conversation and I will absolutely be back!“

“After many years of loving Subway we moved to Mt Horeb Wi with the intention of continuing our habit. Had an awful experience and stopped going for several years. Spur of moment decision to go to Subway when in Madison near Whitney Way location. We are hooked on Subway after having a wonderful experience. The restaurant was so clean and nice. Workers were pleasant and helpful and the salads were amazingly good. Subways back on our list of Go To restaurants“

“Not bad for a quick meal. There's a nice big eating area here. And they have your typical sandwiches, cookies, chips, soda, etc. They open early at 7 and are convenient for fast food. I was happy with my food. But I was the only person there at 8 AM and nobody was at the counter for a good 5 minutes. It's an okay subway.“

“I’ve had good experiences at this Subway on Main Street and wanted to give credit to the people working there. Brian J., the owner, has always been responsive and willing to help if something comes up, and I appreciate that he really seems to care about the location and the customers. I’ve also seen him working on the line with the rest of the team, which is nice to see.
