“Great Restaurant! Absolutely loved the calamari appetizer and the salad that came with our meals. . My main course (seafood fettuccine) was pretty good too. Loaded with seafood but was very rich, so I had to take some of it home. We didn't have a reservation. but it was early on a weeknight, so we got right in. I did get the feeling that they prefer reservations, and it did end up getting pretty busy before we left. So I guess I'd recommend getting one before you come. Service was great, and the young girl actually had a pretty good sense of humor. So we had some fun with her. Located right on Lake Michigan, so I have to believe that the views are pretty nice in summer (when the sun is up later in the night).“
“Wife and I both had the combo basket appetizer, upgraded french onion soup, and the tenderloin tips. A wonderful meal. People were very nice. Service was the best. We ate half and took the other half home. We both got sick soon after we got back home & driving faster than usual to get home. Wife's GI sickness lasted 2 days. My GI sickness is going on day 3 now. Holiday plans have been revised. Hope next time is better on us.“
“It was a very busy night due to an event - the food was overdone, but delicious. The first time we went (on a less busy night) the food was spectacular. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area.Parking: It's a bit chaotic, but plenty of places to park.“
“Been going here for years. Food is always good. Service is good. Plus it's a bit nostalgic for me because I remember when this place was a grocery store when I was a child. Always enjoy catching up with folks I know when I stop in for lunch.“
