“Mostly polite service. The one time that I did have a problem with an order, (*There were no mushrooms on the mushroom Swiss burger, it was a limited special.) they were willing to fix it. It took some time, they said the mushrooms were frozen. When my food was ready, the manager on duty would not allow me to sit in the lobby and finish the rest of my meal. He told me that they were closed and that I had to leave. Now if I go, I don't go inside.“

“very kind and patient staff who seem to get along very well together and be very close, which is something i love to see anywhere i go! the only complaint is that they usually give us cold quesadillas, but they're understanding when we complain and make us better ones with no hesitation.“

“My husband went in to subway today on 09/28/2026 @3:45 pm and he said the people who was making the sandwiches were mad and angry and slamming sandwiches down and slamming bread dough into ovens. Poor customer service,my husband says they should all be fired!!“

“My favorite menu item at Taco Bell has been the steak chalupa supreme. I ordered one today, but it did not taste the same as it had every other time I had ordered it. This time it was spicy, and appeared as though it had a sauce of some kind on it. When I took it back and tried to explain the problem ( thinking that maybe a trainee had maybe made a mistake ) the associate said he would not give me a refund and said it was longer than 20 minutes since I was there. And further stated not to come back again. I did not ask for a refund, I wanted him to look at the product to see if it was made differently, and offer to make me one that wasn’t spicy. Is this how Taco Bell is training their managers ? I sure went away feeling unvalued as a customer and thought the worst of as a person .“
