“My husband and I stopped in tonight to grab dinner after an unexpected death in the family. The staff here was so wonderful when I asked about how long it would be as we needed to get to our family. When we went to pay they told us it was on the house and they would be praying for us. There still are good people out there. Thank you ❤️“

“I've stayed at this hotel twice but never visited the restaurant on-site. A late flight in and a busy day ahead left me with limited choices, and I decided to check it out.The waitress/bartender was super helpful in answering questions I had concerning items on the menu.I decided on the pretzel bites and teriyaki chicken wings. She brought the pretzel bites out first, and although the beer cheese was not the best I've had, it was good.At the moment, my wings were brought out. I was so excited I told my husband who was on the phone with me that I would call him back because my favorite dish had arrived.I pushed my pretzel bites to the side and immediately dug into my wings to be immediately disappointed. They were cold! I reached down to the lower portion of the basket and tried another one, but it was also cold.The taste of the wings were amazing, but I could not eat them cold, so I asked them to be sent back. By the time my waitress got back to me for me to send them back, her explanation was that I had let them sit too long before eating. Hold up! What did you just say? I cook wings at home, and my family has to wait at least 5 mins before eating to prevent burning their mouths! I literally tried to eat these as soon as they were set before me!She was kind and removed the charge from my ticket but politely let me know that they were hot when she brought them out because they were personally cooked by their manager. I declined to comment that managers make mistakes, too.All good things start from leadership. Perhaps they need to implement corrective actions based on their customer complaints. Here's your sign.“

“Excellent customer service! I had just driven 8 hours and called in for my order. The gentleman said that's no problem we can take a phone order and you don't have to go on our website. He transferred me who not only took my order, but she gave me a helpful hint as to how to save money with the order. Also, because I was driving she said to pay when I get to the restaurant and not to pull out my credit card while I was driving. An hour later I arrived at the restaurant my food was ready and I paid with no problem! They saved me a lot of time. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!“

“Recently had the honor of attending a private event here. While I did not try any beers (this time), the pizza was outstanding, the owner was fabulous and the vibes in this space are incredible. “Victorias is by far our favorite Italian restaurant. We have been going there for 26 years. Birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings. We have not had a meal that was not delightful, and the service is always top notch. If you have not visited, you should put it on your list. If you have been there you know what I’m talking about. “I love pizza. I moved to Kimberly only 3 days ago, so trying Butch's was a no-brainer. Got the 12" hand-tossed chicken alfredo, add pineapple. I'm hard-pressed to find anything bad about it. Crust was insanely crispy and the toppings/sauce had so much flavor. The was a delicious pizza“

“Yup. It is legit. One of the best places. The crust on the pizza was amazing, the lasagna it's over the top. Even the cheesy bread, like the bread isn't too dried out and it's not soggy. It's like it's just right. And the sauces like I like Alfredo sauce but some places manage to ruin it. Not this place. Super good. And like just honestly the different sauce is try the different sauces. Oh, oh!!! And the root beer, Baumgartners. I had never tried it, and I like to try different root beers everywhere I go. I got an extra bottle to bring home and do some serious taste testing. It might possibly be my next favorite one.“

“Been coming to cranky pat's for 30 years. Was in there today with my wife around 3pm. We were the only customers there. One waitress was on the phone with a customer and 2 others were in the area. We sat there for 20 minutes and not one ounce of service. A couple of walk bys but no service. Doesn't the help work together or just ignore customers? Got tired of no service for 20 minutes so we got up and went elsewhere. Nice way to lose lifelong customers........we won't be back.“
