Part of our order never made it into the bag and when we went back thru drive thru the guy at Drive Thru accused us of lying about it. When i politely told him he could check our vehicle that we hadnt even left their parking lot he got even more of an attitude and then threw the bag with the rest of the food at us. This isnt the first time I have received bad service at this restaurant also I use to work at McDonald's and we were taught the customer is always right not to argue...read full review
This particular franchise IS NOT LGBTQ or BIPOC friendly. A black and white gay couple was recently followed out of this franchise and hounded by "Alex". Since they had no way of knowing the couples sexual preferences, one can only assume that Alex was told to "watch them" because one was black. When they spoke to the female manager, she laughed it off.
I will never go to this franchise in the future out of support for my friends.
