Hired Slo Motion's food truck for our wedding and can't say enough good things. First off they were so easy, kind and flexible when we were planning the wedding and changing the menu's and trying to keep our heads on our shoulders throughout, not sure what we wanted or how we wanted it. But all our guests raved about how good both the brisket and chopped chicken were! And they were so kind serving it as we did it cafeteria style where the guests had to go pick it...

As soon as we taste tested this BBQ we knew we had to go with them for our wedding! The food was delicious and received amazing compliments from our guests. The entire staff was very attentive to us and our guests which we greatly appreciated. They were also able to offer veggie burgers and gluten free options which was a huge plus! They made everything easy by bringing their own tables and linens and offering plates and utensils. We would definitely recommend it if you are looking...

SloMotion BBQ went above and beyond! He catered our Freshman football team dinner on less than a week’s notice, made last-minute changes without issue, and even created Alfredo (not on his menu) just for us. The food was delicious—every bit was gone—and even the “picky eaters” loved it. Truly amazing service and flavor. Highly recommend!
