We had this BBQ catered for a 30th birthday party and it was a huge hit! The brisket was absolutely delicious — tender, smoky, and full of flavor. The mac & cheese was next-level good… people were going back for seconds (and thirds!). Highly recommend for any event or just a seriously good meal.
