Starbucks in Menomonee Falls

“This is MY Starbucks! It's in my neighborhood and they are always so friendly, which keeps me going back. I want to talk about a specific interaction I had. It was on Saturday December, 27th at 5:30 p.m. I went through the drive thru to get my Venti Peppermint Mocha Frappucino to make me feel better. I pulled forward and was greeted by Victoria. She was bubbly with a million dollar smile. She asked how I was and for some reason I couldn't lie. I told her about my bad day. There was no one in line, so we chatted for a bit. She was so empathetic and kind. I felt so much better after speaking with her. It changed the trajectory of my night. Thanks Victoria. Starbucks is fortunate to have you and I appreciate what you did for me.“

“Nice little Starbucks store inside a Target store. Makes shopping a little more tolerable (I'm not a big shopper, so every little incentive helps) The barista was super friendly and service was prompt. And, of course, our drinks were delicious!“
