The lady who took my order was so busy talking on her cell phone that she forgot to drop the fries for my son, who I ordered for first. She made no attempt to even make sure she had my order correct. She didnt offer me my receipt and I paid with my card not cash. Then when the sandwiches were finished she tried sending me on my way. On 11/4/17 at approximately 12:50pm I called in my order to the Mequon location. I ordered an Italian cheese steak combo with no onions and easy green peppers, regular french fries and a drink. When I it picked up my order it was incorrect but I didn't know until I had gotten to my destination. I was on my lunch break but I took my order back to the store. There was a young African American woman and an early to mid 20's, slim white guy with glasses who were working.
