so at 10:22am at this location...all that they had available was just 2 everything bagels(no other bread items of any kind left except for 1 6" piece of hard roll), no pastries, cookies, muffins...nothing. I purchase the only bagel left and they didnt have any cream cheese to put on it and only 1 cream cheese mini in the entire store, I tried to get a sandwich and...they have no bread of any kind, no lettuce or mayo. First time stopping at Panera Bread and was treated very snippy by the cashier Kerie. We were not familiar with the menu and she certainly wasn't very helpful. I was disappointed for the long wait time at a fast food restaurant. I thought $30 was a bit steep For two orders of 1/2 salad & a cup of soup + water. Don't know if I'll be back to this store any time soon...
waited for my order today for over 30 min. they were backed up the person kept saying. Then finally got my order and time to eat it today and it was wrong!!. Called 3 times to tell them about the mistake and kept getting hung up on. the phone rings and rings and rings and no one answers. I would like a refund! I will not be back for food at this location
