“We popped in to the restaurant fairly late in the evening and they were absolutely nothing but friendly, warm, welcoming and professional. Not once did we feel like we were inconveniencing them. They close at 11 on Saturday and we stopped in at 1025pm. We had full intention of just ordering a cocktail but the menu looked mouthwatering so we ordered a crab cake from the appetizers as well as an affogato from the dessert menu. I’m not kidding. Possibly the best crab/lobster cake I’ve ever had. And the incredible bartender offered us an order of their ‘popovers’ and let me tell you….I swear this was absolutely the most delectable little bread bun I’ve ever had. It was even stuffed with local Wisconsin cheese. It almost tasted like dessert! All in all, although we didn’t get to have the full dining experience tonight….i absolutely cannot wait to return. Excellent service. Luxurious ambiance. Delicious menu. Well done One Prime Steakhouse! 5 stars from me!“

“I had only eaten in a Texas Roadhouse years ago in another state. Let me tell you. I LOVE steak. Honestly it does not get better than this and I know my steak! Everything you get with it is hot and delicious as well, but they know good meat and how to cook a steak. I was a chef at one time. The one on Watts in Madison is my preference. EVERYONE well trained and friendly. You can tell they all have a nice bond also ... management must bed excellent to have such happy staff.“
