“We've been ordering food from here and picking it up for years. We always order online and take advantage of the deals and find it very easy.The food is always great (especially for the price) and we especially love the parmesan bites and their sandwiches.I also love that they offer curbside pickup. The service is always quick and we've never had any mix ups with our food or anything.“

“We’ve had good pizza before, but tonight wasn’t a good experience. We waited 1 1/2 for our pizza to come. The pizza was lukewarm and dried out. Delivery driver was great, I felt bad because they only had 2 drivers. It would have been nice to get a warning or courtesy call, but nothing.“

“I'm still trying to figure out why this place gets poor reviews. I placed a delivery order that cost me 29 bucks. It was well big enough a meal to fully satisfy two people. The pizza, breadsticks, and spaghetti were all very hot and well made. And the kid that delivered it was early and friendly. I'm not sure of what else you might ask for. I'll definitly order again.“

“So every time I use a specific card to order on pizza hut.com, it always takes the money off my card for a few days and I’m never able to process my order. Usually I just leave it alone and find something at home to eat, as I have some serious anxieties about talking on a phone when it comes to complaints. Today, my children are throwing up all over, both have pink eye and it’s close to preforming an exorcism when I’m trying to give them eye drops. Everyone’s been crying all day, myself included. Now that they’re asleep, I thought to myself “I literally would give my left arm for a Pizza Hut pizza right now” as there’s no better place around here for a fast and easy delivered pizza. Per usual, my online antics were not processed and every last dollar I had was given away to a pizza I wasn’t going to get the joy of eating. Due to my bad day, I literally called to see if they got the order anyways. They didn’t, however the manager on duty literally just took my bad day and made it all happen for me. All I had was $10 in cash, and even though the online ordering wasn’t their own mishap, he went above and beyond making sure he fixed the issue for me. Only charged me the $10 I had on hand for my order. I am so unbelievably appreciative of whoever the store manager is, and thanks for making my really crappy day.. mildly better. Idk who cries about pizza, but it’s me.“

“We just had a private event last night. There were 34 of us that had an amazing time. We had a special menu with cocktail demonstrations and fun. Such a great atmosphere! Plenty of space for all at the bar or at the table. The food was amazing. Everyone in our group felt special! The shop is such a bonus to sample and purchase what you know you like. We will be back! Thank you for the great night!“

“I stopped in on Monday, July 29 around 5:20 PM and was really happy with the service. I was also happy to add a pizza to my daily health regimen. I’m from Wisconsin, so cheese is a staple of life. The person at the counter was sincere, polite, friendly, efficient, and seemed to have everything under control. I always come to this location because I’ve always had a good experience here. The staff and management have always been top-tier.“

“Most times we come here we have a great experience. Today there are different people working and it shows. I’m sitting in our booth watching my kids play and multiple tables (that came in after us) get their food. I go up to ask and the guy goes in back, comes out and says, “they forgot to make it. They’ll do it now.” Then walks away. No, “I’m sorry” or anything. Pretty rude.“

“I had a great experience! The manager on shift was super helpful and friendly, as well as patient with me because I was new with all of this, even with trying to look up the menu before hand. “Flavorful, and fast delivery. Toppings were fresh and sauce tasted great. Ordered thin crust sausage, onion, and green olive. Will definitely order from again when in Janesville. Called another place and was told they don't take delivery orders(had to download some eats app.) Another place said it will 1 1/2 hours, and this was a week night. The gentleman that answered the phone was polite and courteous. We stay at the American Inn hotel. Paul Revere's pizza was an excellent choice!!“
