This use to be a quality restaurant inside of a wonderful hotel. Now; frankly they are both awful. The food is terrible, cleanliness is sub par and the wait time is unacceptable.
A few days before Christmas, I overheard a porter/restroom cleaner complain to the front desk about the kitchen cleanliness and visually seeing rodents. 😳

The food was really good, but they were severely understaffed. I only saw one waitress the entire time I was there, and she was visibly very stressed. Once, there were fewer people dining, and she was much nicer. Overall the food is really good but the staff are very overworked.

Altitude Restaurant & Lounge offers a variety of options, including a "built your own" salad and soup for lunch, as well as breakfast. While service can be slow, the food is decent, with the salad and soup being a highlight. The restaurant also features a stunning view of the glacier and mountains.
