I was hired for curbside at Applebee's on Miller parkway west Milwaukee in wi. I was there for 4 hours for training and Applebee's did not pay me for it. I never went back because I am not going to work and not get paid. plus the trainer was unprofessional and so were some of the servers. one of the managers were the rudest disrespectful manager I have ever experienced working with.
The food was exceptional I mean chef's kiss the service can definitely be improved I shouldn't have had to ask my waiter more than one time for a refill other than that if you want good food for a reasonable price I would consider Applebee's this is actually the best location in Milwaukee when it comes to the freshness of your food
Never got my food i ordered through the online service that they have, called them they blame door dash try to get ahold of door dash they say call the restaurant what made it impossible to get a refund? The manager I spoke to named jenny was very rude and unhelpful and no knows where my food is at

Applebee's Grill + Bar is a restaurant that provides a pleasant dining experience. While service can sometimes be slow, with long waits for food and some disorganization among waitstaff, the staff are generally attentive and willing to help. Food quality is a highlight, featuring excellent dishes such as the six-ounce sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Although the kitchen occasionally makes mistakes, the food is usually tasty and well-prepared.
Some customers have noted issues with cleanliness, mentioning dust on lamps, ceilings, and furniture. There have also been complaints about the women's bathroom, which sometimes lacks toilet paper during busy hours. Despite these drawbacks, the service is often praised, with servers described as sweet and attentive, even when the restaurant is busy. More staff could enhance the experience, particularly in maintaining the bathrooms and ensuring timely service.
Recent reviews highlight mixed experiences, with one customer noting a hair in their daughter's food, while another enjoyed an incredible experience during the Fourth of July, appreciating the quiet environment and attentive service. Overall, Applebee's Grill + Bar remains a good option for a satisfying meal, popular with families and customers looking for a reliable dining experience.
