Ball 'n Biscuit Catering Tacos: Two of my best friends recently had Ball 'n Biscuit cater the desserts at their wedding. The company has been around since 2005 and offers a wide variety of options that could please anyone. My friends went with the tacos and I'm really glad they did. Two options of tortilla were offered, soft corn and flour. Both were tasty and super soft, but the flour edged out the corn for me. We could not be any happier that we chose Ball n Biscuit for our wedding day caterer! From the very beginning, Maria’s excellent communication and organization made her so easy to work with. I am late to posting this review, but Ball'n Biscuit Catering did an AMAZING job with our wedding food, and is a must have for any vegetarian-leaning weddings in Wisconsin. Maria was an absolute joy to work with and turned my insane idea of fried tofu and waffles into the most raved about dish of the evening. The food is an absolute crowd pleaser and the service is above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend!
