“We had the best service with Saz's! From the first interaction with Katie, to picking our food at our tasting, to eating our meal at our Wedding - everything was perfect! Katie was so patient and accommodating with many of our dietary needs, both for the me (the bride) and for our guests. Not once did she make me feel bad and always made sure our questions were answered. At the wedding, the waitstaff was some of the best we've ever experienced. Everyone was so friendly, interacted with the guests, and helped in anyway they could. I have never experienced waitstaff like that at a wedding before and feel so grateful they were part of our day. “We had the pleasure of working with Maria and her team for our wedding, and we can’t rave enough about the incredible food and service! The spread she provided was nothing short of amazing. The skirt steak, al pastor, and soy chorizo (for our vegetarian and vegan guests) were to die for, and they were definitely the standouts of the meal. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was, and many even asked if she had a restaurant where they could get more of her food!

The buffet line kept moving smoothly, and there was more than enough food for everyone. The Mexican rice, black beans, Mexican corn salad, and guacamole/salsa/chips were all fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. And the kids loved the mac n cheese.

Maria was a joy to work with from start to finish. The tasting process was fun and her communication was quick and responsive any time I sent her an email. She checked in with us before packing up, day-of, to make sure everything went well, which we really appreciated.
