Noble catered our September wedding and was recommended to me by a co-worker that has used them many times before.
The sales staff was very responsive to our questions and even set up a call to discuss details.
Trista, Event Designer, worked with us to stay in our budget for our food order and last minute updates that we had. We were even able to add a kid menu choice which was important to us.

Noble calls itself a craft caterer delivering different menu for what ever the occasion.
I was at a variety of food pairings with dinner and with whiskey etc. I especially liked their tomahawk station, their spicy noodle cups and their app boards.
Really a fit to my needs not run of the mill barbecue table or standard settings, always fun, creative and tasty. Definitely recommend the team at Noble.

Noble catered my daughter’s wedding in April and did an outstanding job!! We are still getting compliments from our guests and they all run along the lines of “this was the best food we have ever had at a wedding”. Each entree (short rib, chicken, sea bass and a cauliflower vegan dish) was delicious, was served at the perfect temperature and plated beautifully. The passed appetizers were also show stoppers.
