All the staff (Oct 2023) are friendly and interested in helping you find what you want. The sausage, (in my opinion-ation), is the best in Wisconsin. When they state a sausage includes peppers, you're going to SEE peppers in there. All the sausage varieties are spot on with flavor, and I've not found any yet that are half-fat, like many others. Normally when a sausage cools it implodes down to the size of your finger. Not these.
Had a great experience buying a pig & renting the equipment to roast it. Butchers were top notch and very easy to work with. Our 50# pig was ready when we needed it, all the equipment was clean and fully functional, and we couldn't find a better deal anywhere. Would recommend. Also, try the brats.

I visited and called at least 5 other grocery stores and butcher shops, searching for a specific cut of meat. This store had the perfect smoked meat, in various cuts. Impressive!!!
