“I've been coming to this specific location religiously for about 3 years & not all the staff have been friendly. However, I absolutely adore the current manager Jeni/Jennifer, she is so kind! & most the staff they have now are friendly as well. If I have an issue with my coffee she gladly remakes it, such as today! We're all human, make mistakes or have bad days. She has great customer service! Every restaurant should have a Jeni! -Nikki, a frequent Dunkin lover ☺️“
“This location is the better of the 2 in downtown mke. Yes, this location is a bit farther from my place but it’s worth it cuz the service at the other one is terrible. This place always has my mobile order ready when I come in and they’re timely with their orders. Good service. I recommend this location.“

“I have a Keurig & use Dunkin' Donuts coffee pods, BUT it's not the same!! I just had to find a Dunkin' Donuts store & got 2 large black coffee's & OMGOSH, the BEST COFFEE EVER, & I've tried many.

“Every time I've stopped by there's only one worker, so if there's multiple people ordering it can take a bit of extra time to get yours. Be sure to expect a little extra wait time if you're stopping by during a busy time. The coffee is good, but a little inconsistent with the taste. However, I still think it's a good place to get coffee.“
“I'm trying to find out if Dunkin on 79th and Capitol Drive is going to be permanently closed. It's says that it's temporary closed. I believe this store and 79th and Capitol Drive are owned by the same person. Please let me know.“
