“FedEx truck driver long day full van can't move dropped off to this Dunkin said as a joke can I get a free donut they gave me a protein drink instead I NEEDED THAT GREAT STAFF ALL AROUND ps I know it was something someone probably didn't pick up but still I really appreciated it“
“Spacious location and within walking distance of the Milwaukee Public Museum, public library, courthouse, and convention center. It is actually very spacious inside. I got their $6 meal deal for lunch. They had lots of donuts and ice cream ready for customers.“
“OMG this is my absolute favorite Dunkin even when I’m not working I travel to this Dunkin which is 30 minutes from where I live just because they give the absolute BEST customer service EVER!!!! Muskan & Shahida are the sweetest people. Muskan makes my whole day as soon as I walk into their store she already has my coffee ready and no I didn’t call it in either. She literally will see me pull up and start making my coffee. If you need a new coffee place this Dunkin is it!!!“
“This was the 2nd time they messed up my order but my only complaint is that when you call the store they don’t answer I called 6six times and no answer but otherwise we go there like 4times a week I just wish they would answer to fix the problem but“
“I feel inclined to leave a positive review for this dunkin location. i would consider myself (and my daughter) a regular at this dunkin location. every time we order at this dunkin we experience the best customer service from the drive thru workers. the service is always fast and i’ve never had an issue with my order or the taste/quality of my food
the younger female drive thru workers this morning was an absolute doll and made sure I had more strawberry cold foam on my coffee which was not necessary but was definitely appreciated that she wanted to make my order/experience a positive one.
i am unsure of the younger male drive thru worker’s name but he is always a delight every time i deal with him. He has such a positive attitude and seems to genuinely enjoy his job. For some reason he gave me a 1/2 dozen donuts today for free?? I am not sure why, but either way that gesture was much appreciated!
This location has wonderful customer service by not only those two, but from all of their employees. They are all positive, hard working people. The service is always fast and efficient. I never have a long wait in the drive thru.
Of all of the places that have been in and out of that location/building in the past few years I am glad they finally put something here that will hopefully be here for a while!“
“My drinks always have so much flavor at this location. It’s the only place I prefer to be honest anytime I go anywhere else the drinks are bland , tasteless and basic lol I had no issues until recently I noticed a worker that I haven’t seen before. It’s usually a woman and man at the windows but this was a younger guy. I ordered a toxic espresso, which is my favorite drink at Dunkin’ and it looked nothing like the it was supposed to, very light colored when it’s supposed to be dark. It was missing chocolate foam so I asked and he gave me attitude so the drink wasn’t right but he did offer another foam which I declined. I wish they would have just told me ahead of time that they didn’t have the chocolate foam. Other than that I have no issues with my online mobile orders I’m surprised the reviews are so low.“

demographically it can be tough for them different types of people around who either care or don't care about the streets and it's not always their fault. they have to deal with alot of different scenarios which can be tough on perfect quality every time“
“I had actually forgot to grab part of my order this morning. As I was about to pull out of the parking lot, one of the ladies was running out of the store to give it to me. That dedication is the absolute PEAK of service. 100% going back to this location in the future.“
