He was really helpful and flexible in meeting our needs. He called ahead to confirm the appointment, provided helpful advice on the locks that required replacing, and sped through the task without any problems.
The customer care guy arrived promptly, worked quickly and well, and was courteous. As soon as he arrived, he walked straight over to the file cabinet and unlocked it. I would have no problem referring him to others.
