Never have a proper amount of workers take forever to get food.
Horrible communication skills.

My chicken nuggets weren’t cooked thoroughly (they shouldn’t be chewy), the speaker wasn’t working, and the app doesn’t say we have to come inside but the “manager” said pickups are inside. Mind you I’ve been there a few times before after ordering via app and was always given my food at the window. We both reported them via the app and I look forward to their recompense. KFC is a popular spot with occasional item shortages, especially in the evenings. Customers appreciate the hardworking staff, even though the dining area may be closed, leaving only the drive-thru open. Some miss the buffets and fish dinners at KFC but overall have positive experiences. Staff shortages may be a reason for limited menu items.
