I had an issue yesterday, ordered an hour before and they ran out of what I ordered and suggested a refund, was unable to get refund due to the AI Slop popeyes support team but I came back today and who I assume is the manager a tall black buffed guy was able to help me out, got the kitchen to make my order for me and was very professional, deserves a raise because he asked his crew questions about the order and was able to get me my food! Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its long wait times, but the food is still worth the wait. The menu has changed, with some items like the wing meal no longer available. Many customers have noted that the fries and cheesecake dessert remain consistently good. However, the service can be slow, especially during busy hours, and some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as missing sauces and drinks. Despite these challenges, the staff is generally gracious. One customer praised the woman at the counter, Coressa, for her excellent service, noting her politeness and acknowledgment of the kitchen staff's efforts. While some items may not always be in stock, the food quality is appreciated by many, making this Popeyes a destination worth the trip.
