KFC in Milwaukee

“Hands down the best KFC location in the entire Milwaukee metro area. There’s too many KFC’s and Popeyes that are often manned by teenagers that couldn’t care less if your order was mishandled. The people running this store genuinely care about the quality of the food and deliver exceptional (and kind) service. Hats off to this location because it is an absolute shining star in a sea of poorly run franchises!“

“I came in here yesterday because yall brought the wedges back and boy oh boy I saw I wasn’t the only one lol it was crowded! I will give credit where credit is due, yall was on point yesterday! I saw teamwork, I saw communication, I saw professionalism, I saw prompt work!!!! Yall was on point!!! Keep up the good work and customer service because I’m coming back for those potato wedges!“

“Me and my aunt came in for the $10 bucket of chicken and listen we was treated so good! Even got some extra. We waited about 20 mins for three buckets of chicken but it was fresh and good. All the staff was friendly!!! Girl at the counter and deshun. The inside was nice and clean and the bathroom.“

“Love the food. I just wish the location on 60th and Fon Du Lac could get their drive thru speaker working!! I don't want to come inside e everytime I want food. The service is ok, and the inside is clean. Also why is this the ONLY location with spicy chicken? That's absurd!“

“I ordered online and the food was much better than in the past. The breast was cooked thoroughly but the thigh could have used a few more minutes. It was a little salty but it was considerably better than in the past. In the past the chicken was undercooked and packaged in a puddle of grease. The mashed potatoes were watery. But I see the turning over a new improved leaf and I am grateful.
I usually run all the way out to 60th and FonDuLac. I will probably still do that because I have never had any bad chicken or service at that location. I will be trying this location again. And hats off to the staff and mgr for cleaning up the bad reputation.“

“Way better then the KFC on 43rd & Miller parkway thank you for the truth is I've visited the one on 43rd and have not been greeted waited on or even acknowledged walking out 4 or 5 times so thank you again Mitchell st. KFC the food was good.“

“I never really have a bad experience at KFC! The only issue I had once in a while is that they run out of certain offered items. Other than that, I love KFC! I do miss the buffets and fish dinners, though! Also, they only have the drive thru open even when they have a dining area available. I think it's because of the lack of staffing since no one ever wants to work anymore! So thank you to those folks who are willing to work and keep these places open! ❤️“
