A recent visitor to McDonald's had a positive experience with the staff, particularly the drive-thru and order-handout employees. However, they encountered an issue with homeless individuals attempting to involve them in personal matters. Another customer was satisfied with their food and the attitude of the servers. They had a unique order that was accommodated well. The only complaint was the presence of homeless individuals. A different diner visited after spending time in the ER and ordered a double hamburger with ketchup. Upon arriving home, they discovered it contained onions between the patties and on the bottom bun. Despite the error, they praised the well-cooked fries. They wished for better order ticket reading in the kitchen.
